Immersed in the green of the woods, cradled by the flow of the river Pesio. The Antiche Macine farm is located at the foot of one of the most beautiful and natural areas of the Province of Cuneo. The Antiche Macine Company was born as a cultivation and production of vegetables, small fruits such as strawberries and blueberries, cereals and wheat. In addition, we cultivate gluten-free buckwheat by nature, suitable for all sweet and savory preparations at our farm we have allocated a part of the land to aromatic herbs, which add fragrant notes to dishes. Here you can taste our typical products in our restaurant. Since 2017, the company Antiche Macine has also becomeAgritourism as a restaurant, to taste the cultivated products, a threadconductor from field to table, offering tasty and traditional dishestypical Piedmontese, but with the addition of some particular combinations such as theour Sage or Black Cabbage Pesto that can accompany or be used as a fillingfor first courses. Do not miss the homemade pasta such as Tajarin or agnolotti,crepes or gnocchi. The richness of herbsspontaneous that are found in our lands, such as Orsino garlic, give thePossibility to make original dishes. Following the alternation of the seasons can be found in theMenu our special dishes: Tajarin with sage pesto or black cabbage or withvegetables and bagna Cauda; Homemade pasta, sweets and biscuits with buckwheat, andClassic and non-classic ravioli.
