An apartment designed for a cosy holiday. Windows that give an impression of having all Menton in background of decors. You will find a modern and warm side (several light atmospheres), 1 terrace of 20m², air conditioning.

One of the few apartments where you'll have the sun in the morning when you wake up and in the evening until you go to bed, and a terrace that lets you take full advantage of the view over the sea, mountains and Italy. On the 5th floor with elevator, this two-room apartment has just been renovated (work completed in May 2018). It sleeps 4: double bed 160x200 (bedroom) and a sofa bed 140x200 (easy opening, in the living room), Wifi/TV. Household equipment includes: washing machine / dishwasher / fridge / oven / microwave / 3-burner induction hob. Close to all shops and amenities, bus stop to Nice/Monaco or Italy at the bottom of the building.
