In 650m of the beach and 800m of the Railway station, the apartment is located on garden level of a stone main house of size. It offers a small garden with table and garden chairs. Ideal for couples with children from 5 to 15 years old.

Overlooking the town, the house is located in a quiet setting. Terraced communal garden with staircase access (equivalent to 3 floors). Views of the old town, sea, mountains and Italy. Parking space at the bottom of the garden. The master bedroom and dining room have large walk-in closets. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates. In the living room, two fold-out armchairs can be converted into 2 90 cm beds. Our two Brittany Spaniels do not have access to the tenants' garden.
