Beautiful two-room apartment just a stone's throw from the beach. Located in a residential area, this apartment is 100 meters from the first beach.

On the fourth floor with elevator, overlooking the residence's garden, it is in a quiet location. Suitable for 4 people. There is a swimming pool for residents. It comprises an entrance hall with cupboard. A large room with kitchenette, equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, hood, fridge/freezer, crockery for 4/5 people, table and four chairs. The sitting area opens onto a balcony where 3/4 people can dine, and is equipped with wall and floor units, flat-screen TV, a 140x190 double sofa bed, a 90x190 single sofa bed and reversible air-conditioning. The room also opens onto a balcony equipped with sun loungers. There's a 160x200 double bed, closet and base unit, and reversible air-conditioning. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with washbasin and WC.
