ON THE PROGRAM: 7:30 p.m.: “Solstice 2026” Concert The ensemble, featuring Virgile Ganne (harp and composition), Sarah Burrows (cello), Camille Boisset and Gwenn Masseglia (flutes), Merlene, Kaloina, and Kaliana Clerici (piano and percussion) invites you to discover a musical world rich in influences and inspirations spanning classical, contemporary, traditional, jazz, and even progressive rock. These original compositions brought the musicians together during a creative residency at the Saorge Monastery last March. 8:30 p.m.: “Vallée de Chœur” The “Vallée de Chœur” choir, directed by Gwenn Masseglia, brings together singers from across the valley who share a common passion: polyphonic singing. The songs, drawn primarily from traditional repertoires but also including classical and contemporary pieces, are delicately arranged by Gwenn Masseglia. They take you on a spellbinding musical journey carried by melodies from here and elsewhere! Followed by a potluck reception: bring your best summer dishes to celebrate the longest day of the year in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
